Cavelossim Beach is one of the most popular beach in south goa. Cavelossim Beach is situated in south of Benaulim and 11 km south of Colva, lies between the Sal River and the Arabian Sea. It's a silent beach less populated,quite and clean comparitively to other famous beaches in goa. Cavelossim beach is filled with soft white sands and dotted with black lava rocks at certain places. The soft sand of the beach makes it a remarkable beach in goa. One can just laze around; go for swimming and long walks. One can also take rides to watch dolphins as dolphin trips are available and go for sunset cruises on the River Sal. Mostly people come here especially for relaxing and resting. As the sea is not rough it is safe for swimming and playing in the water.

Cavelossim beach is known for water sports activities as many activities like diving, swimming, speed boat riding, jet skiing etc take place. Lot of tourist gather at Cavelossim beach for these activities as water sports are a major attraction of this beach in Goa.
